Our management is here to help! Management team members are onsite Monday through Saturday ready to assist.

We are proud to offer on-site maintenance, ready to tend to any issues as soon as possible. If the fix involves a part we need to receive from our vendors, it may take additional time to complete. If this is the case, if needed we will make accommodations for those affected!V

If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about. 

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help. 

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

Expo has covered, garage parking at $125/month for the lease term available for residents. 

The Expo in Billings, offer the amenities that provide you with the activities you love. Spend your Saturday morning reading a new book by the pool, and easily accomplish your fitness goals at the fitness center. When you need to soothe sore muscles or just unwind, use the spa or the onsite dry sauna! 

Expo is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about breed restrictions or pet rent! 

At Expo, you will have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you get chores done, so you can do more of what you love. Here, you can easily stay cool with the central A/C and cook to your heart's content with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, fridge, and garbage disposal. 

Our Billings apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

We aim to approve all applications within 3-5 business days. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team! 

At Expo, we want paying rent to be made easy. You can pay online via checking account, or with credit/debit cards by the 1st of the month. Please note for credit/debit transactions, there is a non-removable 3% transaction fee. We also offer rent payments through Bilt for added convience.

When living at The Expo partments, Renter's Insurance is required. We offer a master policy for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy. For more information on Renter's Insurance, contact our leasing team who would be happy to discuss! 

We are equipped for Spectrum internet that is provided and a mandatory fee at $50/month.

If your situation changes, we require a 30 day notice and one-month base rent termination fee. 

At The Expo apartments, our staff will set up your utilities, but you will be responsible for setting up your electricity service with North Western Energy, using the online service at https://northwesternenergy.com/start-stop-move-service. 

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

The Expo has an amazing location where public transportation is right within walking distance.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in School District 2.

To apply for your new home at The Expo, visit the floorplans page and apply now! You are also able to apply though the Applicants link at the top of the site.

When reviewing an application to rent at The Expo, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 4 times (gross market rent)

Past rental qualification is at least 2 years of verifiable 3rd party or mortgage payment history.

Our property uses ScreeningWorks Pro to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past paystubs to validate income. A signed letter of employment is accepted only if the start date is within 30 days of the move in date. 

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in Billings get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of Billings, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate. 

Local shopping, dining, and entertainment surrounds the community, located just minutes away from the heart of Billings.

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

The Expo does not have additional monthly fees for using amenities. However, you must pay any additional charges for parking/pet rent dependent on resident circumstances. 

We don't allow subletting of any Expo apartment. Subletting is severely prohibited. 

We want The Expo to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
